Did Maxis tweak the game engine?
My boys and girls looked as the same as always in CAS, but when I dropped them onto a lot, they no longer looked like themselves. Emil now has Abhijeet Cho's nose, for one thing. I don't have pics to show yet though --- maybe early tomorrow morning if I don't sleep, or something.

Ick!! Something similar happened when OFB came out... I planned my chef's work outfit and his face changed to a Maxis face. I'm pretty sure the hat was the culprit in that case. Maybe Emil's piercings or necklace have something to do with it? You might want to try removing them in CAS and see if that helps.

I had the same thing happen to me too, I am going back in game to try that as Selar does not look like Selar!!!
